We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer great prices and high quality products.
Putting the customer first, we provide free worldwide shipping to all our products.
We thoroughly check the quality of our goods, working only with reliable suppliers so that you only receive the best quality products.
The ETA is 7 -35 working days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.
The time frame for your order delivery is divided into two(2) parts:
1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 7–30 business days. Orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a Postal Service product.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time(rarely).
We will email you a tracking number, usually 1-3 days after your order has been placed.
Please allow between 7-35 days for your order to arrive.
It's very rare, but if your order takes more than 35 days, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
